Why do you need a locum agreement? The locum agreement consists of two parts – the terms and conditions and a work schedule. The terms and conditions should be agreed on by both parties and can be used as a framework for all future engagements

1. There is copyright in the documents. Document-sharing is strictly prohibited. Action will be taken against any person who unlawfully distributed these and who unlawfully received and used it.
2. Documents are sold in pdf format - each practitioner must ensure that the text is inserted on their own letterheads, using their usual fonts, branding etc. and most importantly, that they make the changes in the documents as indicated.
