Why do you need an employment contract? The contract of employment is a vital document – it regulates the terms and conditions of employment between the employer and the employee.

1. There is copyright in the documents. Document-sharing is strictly prohibited. Action will be taken against any person who unlawfully distributed these and who unlawfully received and used it.
2. Documents are sold in pdf format - each practitioner must ensure that the text is inserted on their own letterheads, using their usual fonts, branding etc. and most importantly, that they make the changes in the documents as indicated.
